Visitors are traveling from various destinations to attend the Ports-to-Plains Alliance 2023 Annual Conference September 13-15, 2023 won’t want to miss the social and dinner on Thursday night at Fort Duncan Ruins, 400 Bliss Street, Eagle Pass. The social is sponsored by City of Del Rio – Chamber of Commerce – Area Development Foundation and the dinner is sponsored by Theodore Roosevelt Expressway Association.

Enjoy Military History in Eagle Pass, Texas

For those attending the social and dinner, you are in for a historical treat in Eagle Pass. Once a United States Army base protecting the first U.S. settlement on the Rio Grande, visitors can roam the 1868 barracks and get a feel for what life was like for the soldiers posted in this area. The space now features a park and museum, offering a unique guest experience for those who attend the social and dinner.
