City of Eagle Pass, Texas, and the Ports-to-Plains Alliance are thrilled to host the 2023 Ports-to-Plains Alliance Annual Conference at the International Center for Trade September 13-15, 2023. The robust agenda features nationally-acclaimed speakers and sessions including:

• Deliveries across the border of Mexico and Canada
• Interstate Standards and Delivering Border Security
• Delivering Projects on the Ports-to-Plains Corridor

“Eagle Pass is part of the path designated for Ports to Plains. The Alliance’s goal is to gain support from the local governments to be able to get funding approved and continue building the infrastructure for the “ports to plains” path, making this the ideal location for hosting the event,” said Ivan Morua, Acting City Manager. 

Eagle Pass is an economic hub along the U.S.-Mexico border in southern Texas and an ideal location for the Ports-to Plains event. The city is rich in diversity and located on a major transportation corridor that connects big Mexican ports into major U.S. business hubs including San Antonio and Houston.
